Ok I looked closely and it turns out that no strap broke. Both of them just separated from the insole. The left one on the outer edge and the right one on the inner edge. You can see that the green point is still there, although I bought the sandals last June or July so it doesnt really make a difference I guess. I expect your reply asap.Thank youLukasz Olczyk
